If you request printed learning materials by mail, a separate shipping fee will be charged
(average shipping cost: 520 yen).
Additional Necessary Fees
Bank Transfer: Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer. Credit Card: If paying in installments, transaction fees based on your credit card company's terms may apply.
Internet Connection: Customers are responsible for all internet data charges incurred while attending online classes.

Payment Terms & Timing Credit Card Payment: Payment is charged at the time of course application. (Fees may apply according to your card company if paying in installments.)
Bank Transfer: Payment must be completed within 1 week of application submission. (Transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.)

Services and materials will be provided according to the schedule for each course designed for foreign residents in Japan. Please check each course schedule for details.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation conditions vary depending on your enrollment status (from application through class participation). Please refer to the Course Terms and Conditions for details. Note: The course enrollment contract is a service contract and is exempt from the statutory cooling-off provisions under Article 15-3 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
